Paper Submissions

Formatting:

Original unpublished papers of up to 10 pages are invited. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the IEEE proceeding formatting instructions . Formatting templates are available in WORD and LaTeX . Submissions are made electronically in Adobe PDF for documents (no paper copy will be accepted), QuickTime, MPEG-4 or DivX version 5 for additional videos, and TIFF, JPEG, or PNG for additional still images. The submission system only allows you to submit a single file for supplemental materials (such as videos or additional images). Hence, please compress all supplementary material into a .zip archive before uploading.

Final Paper Formatting and Submission:

Accepted oral papers and poster papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by IEEE and will be included in the IEEE Computer Society Digital Library. The page limits are 10 for oral papers and 4 for poster papers. Please follow the link below for detailed instructions on final paper formatting and submission:
